Who Assigns My Umpires?
On most game detail pages (Game ID), there is a box for UMPIRE. If an umpire assignor is populated in this box, click on the umpire group name to access contact info for that group. You can also contact your travel director for this information. Coaches should know who assigns the umpires for their home games - as well as how to contact the assignor in the case of a no-show. 
Any feedback on an umpire should be sent directly to the assignor. (Especially positive feedback!) The most effective way to give negative feedback, or report a possible error in rules application, is to contact the umpire assignor. It is NOT the coach's job to give negative feedback on the field. Obviously, all judgment calls are final and are not to be challenged. If a coach believes an umpire may have erred in rule application, the coach may request time from the umpire and bring the possible error to the umpire's attention.
